Singapore is a sovereign city-state in Southeast Asia with a population of approximately 5.7 million people. English, Malay, Mandarin, and Tamil are the official languages of the country. English is the most widely spoken language and is the medium of instruction in schools, while Malay is the national language.

Religion:

Singapore is a multicultural and multi religious society, with no official religion. Buddhism is the largest religion in Singapore, with approximately 33% of the population identifying as Buddhist. Christianity is the second-largest religion in the country, with approximately 18% of the population belonging to various Christian denominations. Islam is the third-largest religion in Singapore, with approximately 15% of the population identifying as Muslim. Hinduism, Taoism, and Confucianism are also widely practiced in Singapore, each accounting for approximately 10% of the population.
