Ayta Ambala NT Portions (ABCEBL)
Overview
The Ayta Ambala NT Portions contain New Testament Scripture portions in the Ayta Ambala language, an endangered Austronesian language spoken by approximately 1,744 people in Bataan and Zambales provinces of the Philippines. The translation project was managed by the Translators Association of the Philippines. The project suffered a setback when mentor Mercy Ramos passed away in March 2023, leaving the New Testament only half complete; the Ayta Mag-Indi team stepped in to help finish the work using FLExTrans software.
