Bawm Chin 2006 Edition (BGRBBS)
Overview
The Bawm Chin 2006 Edition is the first New Testament translation in the Bawm language, published by the Bangladesh Bible Society. [1] Bawm (also known as Banjogi) is a Kuki-Chin language spoken primarily in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of southeastern Bangladesh, as well as in adjacent areas of northeast India and Myanmar. [2] The Bawm people are predominantly Christian, and their community has produced written materials in their language including hymns and educational texts alongside this Bible translation.
