Biangai New Testament (BIGWBT)

Overview

The Biangai New Testament, titled Anotogi Ngago Wik Yisu Kilisiyegi Langaira (also abbreviated Anotogi Ngago Wikta), was published in 1985 by Wycliffe Bible Translators, Inc. through WHBL, South Holland, Illinois. [1] The Biangai are an indigenous people group inhabiting the upper Bulolo Valley on the slopes below the Wau gold-mining region of Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea; Biangai-speaking communities have had contact with the outside world since gold rushes began in the region during the 1920s. [2] The translation was subsequently digitized and made available through multiple platforms, including the YouVersion Bible app, Faith Comes By Hearing audio Bible, and eBible.org. [1]
