The Paraguayan Episcopal Conference (CEP) is pleased with the publication of this new edition in Guaraní of "Good News for Paraguay", which responds to the vote made by the Second Vatican Council on the Dogmatic Constitution on divine revelation (n.23) of procuring "easy access" to the Word of God for all men.
