The Ede Ije Audio Scripture is a recorded Scripture resource produced by Wycliffe Benin for the Ije (Ede Ije, also known as Holi) people of Benin. Wycliffe Benin, founded in 2003 as part of the broader Wycliffe Bible Translators network, has pursued translation and literacy work across Benin's more than 55 languages. The Ije language belongs to the Niger-Congo family and is spoken in Benin. Audio Scripture distribution makes the Word of God accessible to Ije speakers, including those who may not have had access to formal literacy education in their mother tongue.
