Akurumi NT Portion (KRHEBL)

Overview

The Akurumi NT Portion contains seven General Epistles (Hebrews, James, 1-2 Peter, 1-2-3 John) in the Kurama language (also called T'kurmi or Akurmi), a Kainji language of Nigeria spoken in Kaduna, Bauchi, Borno, Kano, Jigawa, and Plateau states. [1] The translation was published in 2025 by ITDAL (Initiative for the Translation and Development of African Languages) and The Seed Company. About 88% of the Akurmi people are Christians. [1]
