Sinte Romani New Testament (RMORAM)
Overview
The Sinte Romani New Testament was published in 2010 by Romanes-Arbeit Marburg e.V. (RAM). [1] Translation work began in 1986, initiated by a Sinto community member. [1] The Gospel of Mark was published in 1993, with orthography developed by linguist Daniel Holzinger. [1] In 1995, Wycliffe Bible Translators Armin and Ursula Peter joined the project and, working with native Sinte speakers, translated Genesis and the entire New Testament. [1] A complete Sinte Romani Bible (O Debleskro Drom) was published in 2021. [1]
