The Rishuwa Audio Bible is a Scripture resource produced by the Nigeria Bible Translation Trust (NBTT) for the Rishuwa-speaking community of Nigeria. Rishuwa (also spelled Rishiwa; ISO 639-3: rsw) is spoken by approximately 6,500 people and represents one of Nigeria's many minority language communities for which NBTT has taken responsibility for Scripture translation. NBTT, established through a partnership between the University of Nigeria and SIL International in the 1970s, manages over 107 active translation projects across Nigeria, prioritizing communities with little or no access to written Scripture. The Rishuwa audio resource is distributed, making spoken Scripture available to community members in their heart language. Bible portions represent the current scope of Scripture access available for Rishuwa speakers.
