Timbe New Testament (TIMTBL)

Overview

The Timbe New Testament was published in 1987 by Wycliffe Bible Translators in the Timbe language, a Papuan language spoken by approximately 11,000 people in Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea. [1] Women and older men in the Timbe community tend to be monolingual, indicating the language remains vital in home domains. The translation is titled "Yusugât Pat Âlep Den" in the vernacular.
