Udmurt New Testament (UDMIBT)

Overview

The Udmurt New Testament was published by the Institute for Bible Translation in 2016. Udmurt is a Uralic (Finno-Ugric) language spoken by over 300,000 people primarily in the Udmurt Republic of Russia. IBT's Udmurt translation project is coordinated through IBT's Helsinki office, which manages translation projects in 12 Finno-Ugric languages spoken in Russia. [1] IBT had previously published a complete Udmurt Bible in 2013. [1] This 2016 New Testament edition represents the New Testament portion in a standalone format.
