Orya Bible (URYAOV)

Overview

The Orya Bible is a complete Bible translation for the Orya people of eastern Papua, Indonesia. Translation work on the New Testament was carried out between 1987 and 1995, while the full Bible including the Old Testament was completed between 2005 and 2017. [1] The translation is written in Latin script and follows the Protestant canon. Audio recordings of the text are also available through Faith Comes By Hearing. [2]
