German Luther Bible 1912 (DEUL12)
Overview
The Luther Bible is a German language Bible translation from Hebrew and ancient Greek by Martin Luther, of which the New Testament was published in 1522 and the complete Bible, containing the Old and New Testaments and Apocrypha, in 1534. The language was updated in 1912. This 1912 revision was the second official church revision of Luther's translation, undertaken after the 1892 edition to align spelling with Duden standards while preserving Luther's diction. It is in the public domain.
