indigenous to East Sepik Province, Ambunti District, Waniap Creek, south of Sepik River, south of Namia, Ama (Wopolu I), Wopolu II (Nokonufa), Kauvia (Kawiya), Yonuwai villages; all on hills rising from the swamp.
