Chinese Min Zhong Portion

Chinese translation of the first four chapters of Genesis published in 1900 by the British and Foreign Bible Society. This portion of scripture is not written in traditional Chinese script but rather in phonetic lettering. Standard Chinese, known in China as Putonghua, based on the Mandarin dialect of Beijing, is the official national spoken language for the Chinese mainland and Taiwan.
