English Version for the Deaf

Published in 2006 by Bible League International, this English Bible for the deaf is designed to meet the needs of the deaf that does not seek to replicate the style and translation philosophies of previous English additions but interprets the Hebrew and Greek texts in a way that will be most accessible to the deaf community. As far as Bibles go, the English Version for the Deaf is on the more visual side with pictures, maps, charts, and diagrams that facility Bible literacy for the hearing impaired.
