Overview

The Jola-Kasa 2008 Edition, titled Hulimahu hata Ateemit in Jola-Kasa, is a Bible translation published in 2008 by Wycliffe Bible Translators for the Jola-Bliss (Diola-Kasa) people of southwestern Senegal [1][2]. Jola-Kasa (also written Jóola-Kaasa) is a Jola language of the Atlantic–Congo family, spoken in the Casamance region, with dialects including Bliss (Niomoun) and Esulalu (Oussouye), concentrated among the Jola-Bliss people around the town of Oussouye and extending into The Gambia [3][4].
