Overview

The Ezaa Bible is a complete Bible translation published in 2014 by Wycliffe Bible Translators in cooperation with the Abakaliki Literacy and Translation Trust. The Ezaa (also spelled Ezza) people live in Ebonyi State, southeastern Nigeria, with approximately 700,000 speakers. [1] The Ezaa, Izii, and Ikwo people received their New Testaments in 1980, but twenty years of further work, delays, and setbacks followed before the complete Old Testament was finalized and the full Bible could be distributed starting in 2012. [1]
