Yemsa BIble Ethiopic (JNJWFWE)

Overview

The Yemsa Bible (ጋዶ ቴያ) is a complete Bible translation in the Yemsa language, an Omotic language spoken by the Yem people of the former Kingdom of Yamma (historically known as the Kingdom of Janjero) in southwestern Ethiopia. Yemsa is most closely related to Kafa. [1] The translation was published in 2020 by The Word for the World International in Ethiopic (Ge'ez) script. [2]
