Overview
The Kube New Testament and Psalms, titled "Sisipac Ac Ɋelia (Legic Momacnec)" in the vernacular, is a translation of the New Testament and Psalms into the Kube language of Papua New Guinea, published by Global Bible Translators [1][2]. Kube (also known as Hube, Mongi, or Yoangen) is a Trans-New Guinea language spoken by approximately 15,000 people in Morobe Province, in the Dindiu district area around the Mongi River headwaters and lower Kua River valley [3][4]. The printed edition was first published in 2007 as a 722-page softcover volume [2]. The copyright is held by Global Bible Translators as of 2012 [1]. The translation is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivatives 4.0 license, with supporting material provided in Tok Pisin [1].
