The New Testament in Magahi (MAGSSI)

Overview

The New Testament in Magahi was published in 2014 by Asian Sahyogi Sanstha India (ASSI), a registered society (reg. G-23961) based in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, founded by Victor John in 1996. [1][2] Magahi (also called Magadhi) is an Indo-Aryan language spoken by millions of people in Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal states of eastern India; it has historically been written in the Kaithi script and today predominantly in Devanagari. The digital edition was produced by Bridge Connectivity Solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. [3]
