Marúbo (MZRWBT)

Overview

Marúbo (ISO 639-3: mzr) is a Panoan language spoken along the Javari River basin in Amazonas, Brazil, by roughly a thousand people. It has been recognized as a regional language of Amazonas since 2023. A Marúbo Scripture edition, titled Yové Koĩni Vana, is credited to Wycliffe Bible Translators, Inc., and is listed on YouVersion.
