Sahu 2015 New Testament (SAJLAI)
Overview
The Sahu New Testament was published by the Indonesian Bible Society in 2015 as a first translation into the language. Sahu is a North Halmahera language of the West Papuan family, spoken on the island of Halmahera in North Maluku, Indonesia. Its dialects include Pa'disua, Tala'i, Waioli, and Gamkonora, and the language shows substantial Ternate loanword influence, reflecting the historic reach of the Ternate Sultanate.
