Eastern Tamang New Testament (TAJWBT)

Overview

The Eastern Tamang New Testament was published in 2011 by the Eastern Tamang Language Team in cooperation with Wycliffe Bible Translators. The Tamang are a Tibeto-Burman ethnic group living in the hills surrounding the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, with approximately 1.18 million Eastern Tamang speakers. [1] The translation is written in Devanagari script and an audio Bible version was published in 2012 by Faith Comes By Hearing. [2]
