The New Testament in Taabwa (TAPWFW)

Overview

The Taabwa New Testament, titled "Keebo Kakua Leza," was published in 2006 in the Taabwa (Kitaabua) language for the Taabwa-speaking community of the Democratic Republic of Congo. [1][2] The people are also known as Tabwa, Ichitaabwa, or Rungu, and belong to the Sabi branch of Bantu; they live primarily on the southwestern shores of Lake Tanganyika in the former Katanga Province, with related populations in northern Zambia. [3] The translation was produced by The Word for the World International and is distributed under a Creative Commons license. [1]
