Zoogocho Zapotec New Testament (ZPQTBL)
Overview
The Zoogocho Zapotec New Testament was published in 1987 by Wycliffe Bible Translators in the Zoogocho Zapotec language (also known as Zapoteco de Yalina, Dizaʼxon), a Sierra Norte Zapotec variety centred on San Bartolomé Zoogocho, Oaxaca, Mexico. [1] The translation is titled "Dizaʼ güen c̱he ancho Jesucristo" in the vernacular. An audio recording of the New Testament was produced in 1996, and an electronic edition was released in 2009. [1] The printed edition was published by Bible League International. Around 1,000 speakers remain in Mexico, with a large diaspora community in Los Angeles.

Zoogocho Zapotec (ISO 639-3: zpq) is spoken by approximately 1,000 people in Southern Central Mexico. [Glottolog: zoog1238]
