Chinese King James Version (CMNKJVS)

Overview

The Chinese King James Version is a complete Bible in Simplified Chinese translated from the Authorized King James Version, published in 1992 by Bible Believers of Washington. [1] A panel of translators both inside and outside China, with collectively over 100 years of ministry experience, spent four years completing the translation. [1] The project was initiated by Christians inside China who noted differences between their Chinese Union Version and the KJV. [1] The published edition places the Chinese Union Version and the Chinese KJV side by side for comparison. [1] Bible Believers of Washington is a non-denominational missions organization based in Blaine, Washington, involved in Gospel printing since 1981. [1]
